Our wpc decking is made of 35%HDPE+PP (polypropylene plastic), 60%wood fiber and 5%additive agents.

First of all, the wood plastic materials are 100% recyclable, it is long-lasting, stable for the outdoor conditions, like sun exposure, rain, temperature ariations, Composite decking (WPC decking) and other WPC products are waterproof, fire proof, corrosion resistant, weather resistant, pressure resistant, and requires little maintenance, so composite decking and other wpc products are suitable to be used outdoor.

With proper installation and maintenance, WPC Decking can last for 20 years or more, significantly longer than traditional wood decking.

All Wood plastic composite products will fade when exposing to sun and weathering. In order to decrease the degree of fading, we add Anti-UV additive agent, which greatly reducing the degree of fading. At the first 3 months after being put outside environment, composite decking will fade 5-10% percent of original color, but it doesn’t influence its performance, and makes the decking look more naturally like color of real wood. Later, the color will stay in a stable situation.

WPC products have good performance in outdoor environment, and they don’t need special maintenance. Customers can clean WPC products periodically with soapy water.

The gap between each joist should be no more than 35cm (30cm gap is good). Besides, because of drainage, cleaning, and thermal expansion and contraction, 3mm gap should be left between each edge of each board. (As shown in the picture)

The density of our wpc decking is 1.3%-1.4%(1300-1400kgs/cbm). The strength of the hollow one is about 320kgs (Based on the space between the keels of 35cm, the decking surface can bear the weight of 320kgs.) and the strength of the solid one is 400kgs-500kgs.(Based on the space between the keels of 35cm, the decking surface can bear the weight of 400kgs-500kgs.)

When we install the flooring, firstly the keels are fixed in the ground surface with the T-clip and then we put the solid decking board on the keels. You know the wpc decking board can't be put on the ground surface directly. It can effect of the planeness of the flooring surface after installation. It is not good to control the drainage of the bottom, because the wpc decking board is mainly used for outdoor, which rains a lot. So, keels must be used to hold the solid decking board when installed.
